Privacy policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Shuttlepick collects, why, and what rights you have.
1. Who is responsible
P3 P3rformance AB, company registration number 559390-9939, Sweden, is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions and requests go to support@shuttlepick.com.
2. What we collect
- Account: your email address and your password. The password is stored in protected form by our login provider; we cannot see it.
- Profile: the display name and country you choose.
- Play: your picks, champion picks, points, and the leagues you create or join.
- Choices: whether you want pick reminders, whether you have agreed to news and offers by email, and when you agreed.
- Technical data: information your device sends when it connects, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request. Our hosting providers keep this in logs for a limited time.
We do not collect payment details. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal ground
- To run the game for you (your account, picks, points, standings and leagues). Legal ground: our agreement with you.
- To send pick reminders, if you have asked for them. Legal ground: our agreement with you; you can turn them off.
- To send news and partner offers by email, only if you have said yes. Legal ground: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time under More in the app.
- To keep the game fair and secure, for example to detect duplicate or automated accounts, and to find and fix faults. Legal ground: our legitimate interest in a fair and working service.
- To hand out prizes, when prizes are offered: we will then ask a winner for the details needed to verify them and deliver the prize, and keep records the law requires. Legal ground: our agreement with you and our legal obligations.
4. What other players can see
- Your display name, country and points are shown on leaderboards and in your leagues.
- Your picks for a match become visible to other signed-in players once that match has locked. Before the lock, only you can see them.
- Your email address is never shown to other players.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not give your email address to partners or sponsors. We use these companies to run the service, and they handle data only on our instructions:
- Supabase, which provides our database and login, with data stored in the European Union (Ireland).
- Vercel, which hosts the website and app.
If we start using a provider to send email, we will add it here. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of our providers are based in the United States or use sub-processors there. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Account, profile and play data are kept for as long as you have an account.
- When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise this data within 30 days. Standings from finished tournaments may remain without your name.
- Records about prizes are kept for as long as accounting and tax law require.
- Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting providers.
8. Children
Shuttlepick is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, write to support@shuttlepick.com and we will remove it.
9. Storage on your device
The app stores a small amount of data in your browser to keep you signed in. This is necessary for the service to work and is not used to track you.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- get a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data, or object to use based on our legitimate interest;
- receive the data you gave us in a format you can take elsewhere;
- withdraw a consent you have given, such as for news and offers by email.
Write to support@shuttlepick.com to use these rights. We answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se) or to the data protection authority where you live.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and, if the change matters to you, tell you in the app or by email.
