Shuttlepick

Terms of use

Last updated 2 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Shuttlepick. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who we are

Shuttlepick is run by P3 P3rformance AB, company registration number 559390-9939, Sweden ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@shuttlepick.com.

Shuttlepick is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Badminton World Federation, any tournament, or any player.

2. Who can play

  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use Shuttlepick.
  • You may have one account only, and it is personal to you.
  • You must give a working email address and keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

3. The game

Shuttlepick is a free prediction game. You predict the winners of badminton matches and earn points when you are right. You never pay to take part, and you cannot win or lose money on the outcome of a match. Shuttlepick is not a betting service.

  • Picks can be made and changed until the lock time shown for each match day. After that they are final.
  • Points are counted as described in the app under Help and FAQ. Those rules are part of these terms.
  • Results are taken from official sources. A match that is not played is void and gives no points. If a player retires during a match, the side that goes through counts as the winner.
  • If a result, a lock time or a score is entered wrongly, we may correct it, and standings change accordingly.

4. Fair play

To keep the game fair for everyone, you may not:

  • create or use more than one account, or let someone else play on yours;
  • use bots, scripts or any automated means to make picks or create accounts;
  • exploit a fault in the service, for example to make or change picks after the lock;
  • interfere with the service or try to access data that is not yours;
  • use a display name that is offensive, misleading or impersonates someone else.

If we have good reason to believe these rules were broken, we may change a display name, remove points, withhold a prize, or suspend or close the account.

5. Leagues

You can create private leagues and invite others with a code. Anyone who has the code can join. League names follow the same rules as display names, and members of a league can see each other's display name, country and points.

6. Prizes

Shuttlepick is currently in testing and no prizes are offered. When prizes are introduced, the following applies, together with any prize rules published in the app for that prize.

  • No purchase is ever necessary to enter or to win, and no purchase improves anyone's chances.
  • Every prize has a fixed number of winners. Ties are settled as described in the app.
  • A winner must confirm their identity and that they meet these terms before a prize is sent. If the winner is under 18, a parent or guardian must approve.
  • If a winner cannot be reached or verified within 14 days, the prize may be awarded to someone else.
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Any tax on a prize is the winner's responsibility.
  • Prizes are not offered where the law does not allow it.

7. Shuttlepick Pro

A paid plan called Shuttlepick Pro is planned but not yet available. If you buy it in the future, its price, period and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay. Pro will never give extra prize entries or a better chance of winning.

8. Partner offers

The app may show offers from partners. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy. Purchases are made with the partner, under the partner's terms, and have no effect on the game.

9. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Our content

The Shuttlepick name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use. Names of players, tournaments and organisations belong to their owners and are used only to describe the matches.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Shuttlepick running and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free from errors. We may change, pause or end features, tournaments or the service itself. While Shuttlepick is in testing, standings may be reset.

12. Our responsibility

Shuttlepick is free and is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for loss caused by interruptions, incorrect results or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

13. Ending your account

You can stop using Shuttlepick at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@shuttlepick.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply to you.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules in the country where you live.

If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@shuttlepick.com. Consumers in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se). Disputes may otherwise be settled by Swedish courts, or by the courts where you live if the law gives you that right.
